I'm Eleanor Delaney — founder of OWL and a passionate advocate for owner-run businesses.
My journey started in Ireland, growing up in a hardworking entrepreneurial family. That early exposure shaped how I see business: practical, people-driven, and built on resilience. By my early twenties, I was serving as CFO for multinational companies across Europe and Africa — gaining a deep understanding of both structure and scalability.
But my mission today is more personal: to help business owners reclaim their time, reduce operational chaos, and build companies that support their lives — not consume them.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with founder-led teams across sectors, using process design, automation, and smart systems to transform the way they work. The result? Businesses that run smoother, scale faster, and feel better to lead.
When I’m not building systems, you’ll find me hiking the Mendocino coast, swimming in the Pacific, or enjoying a long dinner with great friends and a full-bodied red wine. Nature refuels me — just like simplicity and clarity refuel the businesses I work with.
