OWL was born out of a pattern I kept seeing — brilliant founders, growing businesses, and operations that couldn't keep up. When we partnered with a $6.7M specialty dental practice, we built them an automated referral and consultation system that now runs without anyone lifting a finger. That's what good systems do.
